FAQ

Questions people ask

Who can submit a paper?

Anyone with a VT account. When you sign in you are an author by default: join a conference, answer its registration questions, and submit your paper.

Do I need a separate VeriTemu account?

No. VeriTemu uses VT single sign-on, so the account you use across Veritas Technologia services works here for every role.

How are registration fees paid?

Usually after your paper is accepted and its Letter of Acceptance is issued. You choose a registration type, transfer to the organizer’s bank account, and upload the receipt. The registration chair verifies it and your ticket is issued.

Is the review really blind?

Yes, double-blind. Reviewers never see author names, and authors see reviewer comments as “Reviewer 1”, “Reviewer 2”, without names or scores.

How do I become an organizer?

Contact us by email or WhatsApp. Organizer access is a premium service arranged with our team; once it is granted, “Create a conference” appears in your dashboard.
